SCSN data standard for messages

EDI4STEEL is data agnostic. This means that any type of message can be sent over the platform in any form as long as sender and receiver have made agreements in advance about what the content will be. However, Smart Connected Supplier Network (SCSN) has created a format for these messages. EDI4STEEL promotes the use of this format for messages so that the connected companies can use the connection made for multiple customers or suppliers.

SCSN resources. In order to view this web pages, you will be asked to log in via LinkedIn or Google.

  • Message specifications. This webpage provides an overview of all types of messages standardised by SCSN: Forecast, What if, Bill of Materials, TPD Package, Measurement, Price Catalogue, Quotation, Order, Despatch and Invoice.
